Good information
Lessons started fine, then the use of AI generated photos really frustrated me. Then finally, the use of AI voiceovers on videos at the end of the program frustrated me even more. Several videos were from 2023, with outdated UI being used within the video. Specifically the "entering card information" was frustrating. All in all I did learn how to use the program efficiently. But please, use real people to voice over the videos, use stock photos. Don't use AI generated things.

The courses were easy to listen to and if I have any questions I can go back and rewatch.
This is a very useful tool and way to learn the system. It's been extremely informative and helpful not only for managers but for training the staff as well. Knowledgebase is a great tool to have in your arsenal as well. My only complaint would be is the volume was quiet on some videos and loud on others. Other than that it's a great training tool.
