The courses were easy to listen to and if I have any questions I can go back and rewatch.
This is a very useful tool and way to learn the system. It's been extremely informative and helpful not only for managers but for training the staff as well. Knowledgebase is a great tool to have in your arsenal as well. My only complaint would be is the volume was quiet on some videos and loud on others. Other than that it's a great training tool.
