Tab Sync
Introducing Enhanced Tab Management – With this new feature, tabs can now only be open on one terminal at a time. This prevents multiple terminals having the same tab open simultaneously, which will eliminate potential double-charges or incorrect charges.
Open other Employees Tabs –If this is enabled for a ‘User’s Role’, the role will be able to use ‘Pull Tabs’ to open other employee’s tabs in the register. Allowing more flexibility to ring in orders from multiple terminals and by multiple employees.
To Turn On This Feature:
- Click Settings
- Click Manage Roles
- Click Edit Permissions
- Click the “+” next to POS Section
- Click drop down arrow to the left of Register
- Toggle on the Open Another Persons Tab
